KCP Club Terms & Conditions

Home KCP Club Terms & Conditions
  1. Applicants (including master card & sub-cards) must be Hong Kong resident(s) and aged 11 or above.
  2. Membership (including exclusive shopping privilege & accumulated bonus points) for card member is valid for 1 year only (counted from the date of card issuance). Membership valid date for sub-card will be linked and be the same with its master card.
  3. KCP Club Members can only start participating in bonus point reward scheme after the issuance of membership card.
  4. KCP Club Members can earn 1 bonus point for every HK$1 spending at KCP. Each bonus point redeemable receipt must be HK$100 or above. Daily Maximum Bonus Point redemption for each Card Member should not exceed 10,000 points.
  5. Members should present original sales invoice(s) on-day electronic money (including EPS / credit card / Octopus card; cash receipt are not accepted) from KCP Merchants which are machine-printed and contain transaction date, amount of transaction and merchant’s chop to redeem for bonus point. Handwritten, copied or credit card receipt(s) are unacceptable.
  6. Electronic payment includes Credit Card, EPS, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, PayMe, QucikPass, WeChat Pay, Alipay, Octopus Card, Octopus O! ePay, Tap and Go, TNG Wallet and other Stored Value Facilities Ordinance). Staff can request members to show their payment settlement credit card, EPS card, UnionPay card, Octopus or related payment interface for verification and confirmation of related transaction information.
  7. Any valid sales invoice and receipt can be used for Bonus Point Redemption for one single time and could not be used for other promotion/redemption program (except free parking privilege scheme).
  8. Members have to present KCP Club Membership Card and valid receipt(s) & sales invoice from 10am to 10pm at UG Information Counter in person for Bonus Point & reward redemption on the same day of purchase. Receipts which do not belong to the card holder cannot be used to redeem for Bonus Point. All overdue receipts will be treated as invalid.
  9. If receipts of credit card or EPS does not contain of card holder’s identity, Member may be required to present credit card or EPS and relevant information or document for verification. Receipts which do not belong to the card holder is not allowed to be used for Bonus Point Redemption.
  10. Receipts from kiosks/casual leasing, any kind of bill payment, money exchange, value-adding and purchase of vouchers such as cash/gift/cake/mooncake/Chinese New Year cake vouchers issued by merchants, Instalment, CARS & other relevant services are unacceptable.
  11. Receipts issued after 9pm are valid for redemption on the following day, from 10am to 10pm. Late redemption will not be accepted.
  12. KCP Club Membership Card & Bonus Points are non-transferrable and shall only be used by the card-holder whose name is printed on card.
  13. Members must provide valid and correct email address & mobile phone number to receive updated information of KCP promotions such as Bonus Point Reward and Members Privilege. KCP is not responsible for undelivered message or email due to invalid or inadequate information provided by Members.
  14. Member must present KCP Club Membership Card before payment to enjoy privilege offered by Participating Merchant. Participating Merchant reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Please refer to Participating Merchants for further details. KCP is not responsible for any losses caused by dispute between Member and Participating Merchant.
  15. Members must bring along valid personal identification for Bonus Point & Reward redemption at UG information counter in person. If Member is unavailable to redeem in person, he/she has to authorize a representative with an Authorization letter & copy of Member’s Identity Card for point redemption.
  16. Member should keep his/her own KCP Club Membership Card in good condition. Destruction and/or alteration and/or damage to the Card is/are not allowed. Otherwise, the Member must replace his/her Card by paying administration fee of HK$20.
  17. Application for re-issuance of missing KCP Club Membership Card should be made in person at UG Information Counter. Handling fee of HK$20 will be charged for issuance of each new Card.
  18. Information of the new Card will be retrieved from the record in KCP Club Member database.
  19. Each member can only withhold one KCP Club Membership Card. Duplicated KCP Club Membership Card will be voided without prior notice.
  20. KCP staffs & KCP merchants are not entitled to participate in this program. KCP reserves the right to terminate such member’s membership without prior notice and such merchant’s receipts will not be accepted anymore.
  21. If the Member breaches any Terms or Conditions or KCP has reasonable ground to believe that such Member conducts acts of swindling, KCP reserves the right to suspend or terminate such Member’s membership and lodge a claim for compensation from the Member of any losses suffered by KCP or Participating Merchant arises from the breach of Terms and Conditions by the Member.
  22. KCP is not a supplier of the merchandises/services/information and will not accept any liability in relation thereto. KCP will not be liable to any (include without limitation for any direct or indirect) loss or damage which is suffered by Member due to merchandise quality and/or specification and/or service and merchants’ offers.
  23. Member Privileges & promotional offers are prior to each Terms & Conditions from time to time. KCP reserves the right for final decision.
  24. KCP reserves the right to amend this membership scheme, bonus point & gift redemption ways & contents, bonus point expiry date and other terms & conditions from time to time without prior notice.
  25. KCP reserves the right of final decision in the event of any dispute.
  26. KCP collects & hold the personal data of KCP members for the purpose of providing regular update on KCP Card member privileges, KCP merchants’ product/service/offers that may be interested to the Applicant. The Applicant may, at any time, choose not to receive E-newsletter from KCP by sending email to promotion@kcp.hk.
  27. If there are discrepancies between the English and Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
